Miami Snipe Training

Miami, FL, USA, May 23, 2020. Yesterday was a fantastic day for sailing on Biscayne Bay. Thank you Carol Ewing and her team for running three good races. Beautiful breeze, super warm water, waves, and a bit of rain between sunshine. Seven Snipe teams joined the J24s for racing close to the Sailing Center. We had several new Snipe sailors on the water and a few teams took turns at the tiller. Female skippers outnumbered male skippers, which is a great sign since Miami will be hosting the US Women’s Snipe Nationals in conjunction with the Miami International Cup for Women in November.
