Eight Bells: Dionysio Sulzbeck

Dionysio Sulzbeck passed away yesterday. He was a very respected and skilled Race Committee officer. He worked at the Olympics in Rio, at the 2019 Snipe Worlds in Ilhabela and at the 2021 Snipe Women’s Worlds. He shared his knowledge of race manager with many of the younger generation and he was very respected among the Brazilian Snipe community.
