Annapolis, September 28-30, 2012. Severn Sailing Association/Annapolis Snipe Fleet 532's annual Frigid Digit Regatta is set for September 28-30 this year. We get a bonus third day of sailing this year because it's also a Worlds Qualifier--top two boats not already qualified earn the right to be on the U.S. team to compete at the 2013 Worlds.
