Ernesto Rodriguez penalized by SCIRA for his boat being too fast. When asked to comment, Ernesto said, “I deeeedn’t do anythiiiiing wrong, and I won’t do eeeeeeet again.”

What is the penalty? To fast in which regatta?
Is to bad because Ernestor Rodriguez is a great sailor and I hope that he gets it together so that he can represent in The Pan American Games and In the Olympics .... All the best.
