Yesterday, March 5, ten Rule Change Proposals were posted on the Snipe Class website.

25-01	Class Rules C 5.1: electronic compass
25-02	Class Rules C 6.2 Corrector Weights
25-03	Class Rules E 3.3 rudder weight
25-04	Class Rules F 3.3 bare mast weight
25-05	Class Rules G 2.2 sail certification
25-06	Class Rules new: bare mast weight
25-07	Class Rules new: serial numbers on equipment
25-08	Rules of Conduct: 8.3 Black Flag
25-09	Rules of Conduct: 9.3 Wind reading
25-10	Rules of Conduct 9.3 and Deed of Gift: Women’s Worlds wind limit

You can comment the proposals from March 1st (actually the proposals were uploaded on March 5t) till June 30.

It should be a mistake on proposal 25.03 (rudder weight) because it seems the same as proposal 25.06 (bare mast weight).
