New members of Technical Committee

The SCIRA Board has appointed 2 new members to the SCIRA Technical Committee to fill vacancies. Andrea Piazza (ITA) and Jan Carlander (SWE) will join the rest of the TC to maintain, study and make recommendations on all Class Rules restrictions including the Rules of Conduct, Deed of Gifts, Constitution and Bylaws. Welcome to these 2 new members.
