Recently 2 of our Snipe sailors passed the International Measurer’s exam. Eric Reinke (USA) and Dina Kowalyshyn (USA) should both be approved at the upcoming Nov. ISAF Conference as IM’s. Eric is applying under the Snipe Class as he has overseen the Pan Am measurement as well as worked at the 2009 Snipe Worlds and various other National events. Currently…
