Ranking Snipe Rio de Janeiro

Sophia Osthoff, just 16 years old, was crowned champion not only of the women’s ranking but also won the overall ranking, maintaining the tradition of the @snipedivas, following in the footsteps of three-time Brazilian champion Juliana Duque.

The Ranking had a total of 239 sailors, with 70 women who competed in 22 regattas at the Naval School Racecourse (12), Saco de São Francisco (4), Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas (4), Búzios (1), and Cabo Frio (1). The class is the largest in the state; the Rio de Janeiro Optimist Class ranking comes in far behind with 123 sailors.
