Trofeo Sebastià Gordi

After seven years without Snipe regattas in Menorca, now we are lucky. We did it. Five months after starting this project, Snipes sailed a regattaa on our island. It was last Sunday May 5 under the organization of the Club Nautico Ciutadella and within the traditional Trofeo de vela ligera Sebastià Gordi.

The result was not important, the best people and six boats sailed the regatta. These included famous names like Damián Borrás, Jordi Triay, Borja Llòpis o Ángela Hernández..

In just five months Menorca is recovering the Snipe Class. Specifically six boats came for this regatta, but it is aware that another seven are preparing to train in a few weeks. The next regatta in Menorca is scheduled in Mahon on May, organized by the Club Marítimo Mahón.
