Rules Proposals Received for 2025 Posted

10 proposals to change the Class Rules, Rules of Conduct and a Deed of Gift have been received by the deadline of March 1. All proposals are now posted on this website HERE

The Board encourages feed back and comments from now until June from all members. You can post your input at each proposal’s page. Once the comment period is closed, the SCIRA Board of Governors with input from the Technical Committee, will discuss and vote by the July 1-10 deadline. If passed and if approved by World Sailing, any changes would go into effect January 1, 2026.
