The SCIRA Technical Committee has just allowed the Vakaros Race Sense at the Bacardi Invitational Regatta, which starts today in Miami, FL, USA.
The purpose of the SCIRA Measurement Handbook and the intent of the Technical Committee are to standardize Snipe measurement worldwide.
