Rule Change Proposal: 24-11 Deed of Gift – World Masters
According to the Decision Making Process,
- Rules changes can be submitted up to 1st March.
- All proposals will be published on the website.
- The period from March to June will be used for public discussion and also for the Rules Committee recommendations.
- The Board will vote all submission on July.
- The approved changes will be sent to World Sailing (August) for final approval (November).

Magnífica propuesta que apoyo sin duda alguna.
Actualmente -al menos en Europa- los Mundiales Master son tan importantes como los Mundiales Absolutos... solo que no hay patrones jóvenes y desde luego, UN CAMPEOÓN DEL MUNDO MASTER siempre estará entre los diez mejores del mundial absoluto.

I think that the proposed change in the Deed of Gift for the Hub Issacs Trophy to include the Snipe World Masters Champion is very good and overdue.
