According to the Decision Making Process,

Rules changes can be submitted up to 1st March.
All proposals will be published on the website.
The period from March to June will be used for public discussion and also for the Rules Committee recommendations.
The Board will vote all submission on July.
The approved changes will be sent to World Sailing (August) for final approval (November).

There is a typo in the Worlds DoG. Please see item 5.c c) "The Deed of Gift for the Bibi Juetz Perpetual Trophy will apply". It Bibi and not Bib.

Renumber the points (point 2 is used twice)
Point 5: the regatta is limited to 80 boats. What if the possible entrants, excluding additional entries, exceed 80? According to the proposal and the Worlds quotas published, at the 2024 worlds the possible competitors are 87.

I would add “skipper” to points 2, 3, 4.
I would leave only “One additional skipper for the host country” to point 5. Same as in the WC DoG.
This proposal also affects the Constitution, Section 15, which should be amended accordingly.

European Championship
Regatta conditions
Point 5: high risk. We have only one WS IM… this will open a door to measurers not familiar with the class. I would suggest to add “or SCIRA International Measurer”
Point 9: accepting the amendment, the Executive Director’s lodging should be paid by the class, I suppose…

Western Hemisphere and Asia

Point 3 to be deleted, already in the RoC

Point 5 c) delete “or more races”. This is the only regatta with two exclusion if 9 races are scheduled… the RoC allows the DoG to establish specific rules about the exclusion, but it seems that the current text comes from the old rules.
Point 9, delete 11 races. This is against the RoC.

Women’s Europeans

Point 5 and 6 c) shall be rewritten to be consistent

East Europeans
East Europe is subject to cancellation (see Proposal 24-09). The DoG should be evaluated after the Board decision
