Sunny days 30oC, SE windy, 11-14 knots, clear water, close to the beach, weaves, mild current, 18 boats from 5 States: Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas and Sergipe. Bahia with good sailors and even World Championship was the big absence.
The great winner was the pernambucano Edval Jr whose became de Bi Championship of the annual event.
RECIFE, Pernambuco will be the next venue.
