Hello. I don't see any article in snipetoday or snipe.org. talking about the differents places that compited to organized this event (or others), what they offer,.....and why was choosed between the differents options.....Can I find this information in any place?

The decision was taken by the Board (a collective body) considering many factors besides the bid itself; namely the rotation, regatta schedule from the past and future.
