Eight Bells: Means Davis

Means Davis, SCIRA Commodore in 1991, passed away today with Tarasa and son Means at his side.

Means was an amazing man who was also an international judge. He and his wife were stalwarts in the Atlanta fleet and huge fleet supporters with creative ideas to keep the fleet active and busy.
