On August 8, the third day of the 79th All-Japan Snipe Championship held at Shinminato Marina in Toyama Prefecture saw no races completed. After waiting for wind for about an hour, the fleet headed out to sea, but returned to harbor due to unstable winds. They went out to sea once more, but urgently returned to shore as thunderclouds approached. No races were held. Tomorrow, August 9, will be the final day of the All-Japan Snipe Championship.
