Objective:

Elimination a redundant rule.

 

Proposal (include current & proposed changed wording- changes to be shown in

Section 16. Sail Markings

Snipe insignia, racing number, country identification and chevron awards, in addition to ISAF Category C prescriptions may be displayed on sails.

 

Reasons:

1. 1)The Snipe insignia, racing number and country letters are mandatory and they are covered at the General Restrictions (Class Rules). They also cover the chervons.
2. 2)ISAF Category C doesn´t exist anymore
