Summary:the Chairman of the Rules Committee is the only position in the Board not having an established maximum term.

Objective:to introduce a maximum term for the position of Chairman of the Rules Committee.
Proposal: Section 25. Chairman of the International Rules Committee will serve a 4 year term and no more than two consecutive terms.
Reasons: possible life time positions are against the spirit of the Constitution.
