1958 European Championship in Plymouth

Attached is a fantastic article from when the Europeans were held in Plymouth in 1958. Horace Crispin from Stone SC was National Secretary and it was the days when each country only had one entry. It is a fascinating read and so much is still so true today. They even had the prize giving and dance at Mount Batten!
