2025 Brazilian Nationals

The 2025 Brazilian Nationals took place from January 26th to February 1st in Maria Farinha, a district from Recife (Pernambuco). Cabanga Iate Clube de Pernambuco, that is famous for optimist and ILCA regattas, hosted for the first time the Snipe Brazilian Nationals. 58 crews from several states gathered in the bright green seas for 7 races, Juliana Duque and Rafael Martins from Bahia got the first place overall for the 3rd time, they won the Brazilian Nationals for first time in 2022 at Vitoria (ES), then 2023 for the second time at Jurere (SC). The second placed were Mario Tinoco and Alexandre Muto, and in third place the young skipper Pedro Madureira with Flavio Castro (Brazil’s National Secretary).
