The Spanish Armada is set for the 2026 Snipe World Championship, taking place in Mahón, Menorca, from September 19–26. Following the conclusion of the 2025 Spanish Nationals (Melilla) and the 2026 Copa de España (Los Nietos), the qualifying roster has been finalized.
Qualified Teams
Based on the official country allocation quota, Spain has secured eight spots.

- Raúl DE VALENZUELA SANTAELLA & Antolín ALEJANDRE DE OÑA DE VALENZUELA
- Agustín ZABALÚA & Jorge BASTERRA
- Martin BERMUDEZ DE LA PUENTE GALLEGO & Beatriz DIAZ NORRIS
These teams earned their positions through the national ranking series.
In addition to the quota entries, the following sailors qualify automatically:
- Alfredo González & Cristian Sánchez: 2022 World Champions.
- Jordi Triay & Lluis Mas Barceló: Current European Champions.
Additional Host Entries
As the organizing nation, Spain receives two supplemental entries:
- Host Country spot: 1 team.
- Host Fleet spot: 1 team (Flota Menorca).
In accordance with the Deed of Gift, a reallocation system is in place for any vacant spots should countries fail to fill their designated quotas.
