SCIRA Past Commodore Per-Ole “P-O” Holm Celebrates His 90 Years Birthday

Finland, February 6, 2022. P-O, as friends call him, has made a long career in sailing as an active Snipe sailor and an owner of several Snipes.

In addition to sailing as a sailor there has been also many national and international administrative positions such as ISAF International judge for 25 years, serving as judge also during 2006 Europeans in Pori, as well as a Commodore of YC GSF in Kokkola.

P-O was elected SCIRA Commodore in 1989, participating Worlds in Karatsu Japan. 

P-O is also honorary member of SCIRA Finland.
