SCIRA thanks those officers retiring: Zbigniew Rakocy, Reino Suonsilta, Sue Roberts & Gus Wirth. Hemisphere officers will discuss with the respective National Secretaries of the hemisphere regarding Gen Sec position.

Em hora buena Martín, te deseo un buen mandato aunque DOS AÑOS es poco tiempo para modernizar sin perder su esencia LA SCIRA. Eres el TERCERO de los españoles que ocupan ese cargo 42 años son muchos desde que nuestro amigo Arturo estuvo al frente de la asociación, tendremos que buscar otro candidato con conocimientos, ganas e ilusión para que pueda un día no muy lejano llegar a lo más alto.
