Eight Bells: Yoko Yoshidome

Yoko Yoshidome passed away on September 6 while recovering from an illness.

She was an indispensable member of the Japan Snipe Class! Yoko did an important job in working with SCIRA, the International Snipe Class and was involved in organizing all the Japan Natinals Snipe Class regattas.

Regardless of Snipe, she contributed to the world of sailing in Japan.

She was a great person who always makes the place enjoyable and she was the mother of the Snipe Class in Japan.
