Trofeo Navidad

Motril, Spain, January 18, 2026. Today, January 18, 2026, the Christmas Trophy was successfully held after being previously postponed due to inclement weather.

With 7 boats registered, the day met the sailors’ expectations, featuring Easterly winds between 8 and 12 knots. Three very closely contested races were completed.

An OCS (On Course Side/early start) by Miguel Rubiño and Nayla Carrascosa’s boat prevented them from reaching the podium. The final standings were as follows:

3rd Place: Jorn Haga / María Romano – Oseberg II

2nd Place: Miguel and María Correa – EAH!

1st Place and Trophy Winners: Ángel Ballesteros / Sonia Hidalgo – Motril – Costa Tropical
