From June 13th to 15th, 2025, Lake Caldonazzo in Italy will host the German Open Snipe Championship, held in conjunction with the Italian Masters.
The hosting club, Associazione Velica Trentina, is an historical venue for Italian and European snipe sailing, with an active fleet of twenty boats and counting.
The event perfecty incarnates the Serious Fun spirit of the Class, with plenty of collateral events and convivial moments. Snipe world champions, top class sailors and SCIRA board members from fifteen countries have attended the competition, with some big names already signed in for the upcoming edition.
The German Open is, according to some, the best snipe regatta in the world.
While humbly leaving that judgment to its guests, Associazione Velica Trentina is ready to warmly welcome everyone for an unforgettable Italian-German sailing experience on Lake Caldonazzo.
