Snipe Clinic at the University in Madrid

This past Monday, 3rd of February, a Snipe Clinic was held at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Navales, in Madrid. Martín Bermúdez, International Commodore of the SCIRA and Fernando Celdrán, Madrid’s fleet captain, spoke to an audience of more than fifty attendees about the basics of the boat. 

During the successful event, many doubts and questions arose and the audience showed great interest.

We are vert grateful to the university and its representatives for their help with the organization of the evening.

The next steps for the fleet are:

1. Practical sailing clinic in San Juan during the months of March and April;
2. Ranking regattas in the Real Club Náutico de Madrid, starting on the 2nd of March;
3. European junior Championship in Real Club Náutico de Madrid;
4. San Isidro Open (Spanish national circuit) on the 24th-25th of May in Real Club Náutico de Madrid.
