1997 Ramel/Williams Memorial Regatta

Less than 1 point seperated the top three boats in the Ramel / Williams
Memorial Regatta held on Lake Lotawana, MO (near Kansas City) Sept. 20/21.
 After the final race, John Sepanski (Lake Carlyle, IL) had 7 pts, Andy
Towles (Oklahoma City Boat Club) had 7.5 pts, and Doug Day (Lotawana) had
7.75pts.  Gene Soltero (White Rock S.C.) and Ben Chinnery (Lotawana) rounded
out the top five competitors from five states.
Eddie Williams' daughters presented the new Eddie Williams Memorial Trophy
honoring the late SCIRA Commodore.  Congratulation, John!
