Conditions:

Races #1,2 were held on 8/12: SSE-S, 8-12
Races #3,4 were held on 8/13: SSE-S, 10-15 (#3) and 15-20 (#4)
Races postponed on 8/14: 25+ winds from the S due to Typhoon Ellie
Races #5,6 were held on 8/15: S-SSW, 10-12

There was considerable current in Tokyo Bay (2 knots) which was
predominantly counter to the the winds for the times sailed, causing
short, steep chop similar to Annapolis on a bad day! The breeze was
uncharacteristically strong for the area due to the presence of
Typhoon Ellie SW of Japan, augmenting the typical thermally driven
S-SW breeze at 5-10 knots.
