of Denver in the early eighties.  It quickly progressed into a custom one
off mahogany Snipe with inlaid teak strip deck, etc.

1945, hull  (I believe). I'm the 3rd owner and tried to restore it but
lost interest and time. It has new McGregor sails with original mast,
tiller, rudder & brass hardware. It also has a "jerry-rigged" trailer.
This boat needs major TLC however I had it on the water back in 95 and it
looked beautiful! You would either have to put an epoxy shell over the wood/
fiberglassed hull or replank the hull to sail her along with some mast issues
that need to be addressed. The boat sits in south western New Hampshire and I'm
