Blue/Grey Regatta, Island Heights, NJ

Come one and come all to the Blue and Grey Regatta (May 22nd and 23rd)

in scenic Island Heights New Jersey. Yes thats 1 week befor the 

District 1 championships/Colonial cup and your last chance to 

practice for that event. Wiggle out of those weddings, send your 

dogs to camp for the weekend (I heard the Beadsleys do) and pack up

those kids if you have them.



The directions are as follows: 



DIRECTIONS TO ISLAND HEIGHTS YACHT CLUB



IHYC is approximately 1.5 hours from either Philadelphia or 

New York City



1.Get to Garden State Parkway (GSP).  Take GSP either North or 

South to Exit 82.



2.Proceed on Route 37 East (Exit should automatically place you 

on this roadway).



3.Proceed to sixth (6th) traffic light.



4.Just before (100 feet) 6th traffic light, bear right onto 

jughandle (you must go right to turn left!).  Make a right onto 

West End Avenue.  



You will be heading south towards the river at this point.  



5.Go up and down a hill (approximately ½ mile from Route 37).  

Come to 2 stop signs as you see the river.  Continue on West End 

Avenue until you reach the Toms River.  Make a left hand turn 

onto River Road.



6.IHYC will be immediately on your right.
