DATES: July 23rd through 30th.

RULES: This  Sailing Rules Prescriptions.
regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 1997-2000,
the Deeds of Gifts, ISAF and US

SCIRA REP: TBD

ELIGIBILITY: Skipper must be paid up and in good standing with his fleet
and with SCIRA and must have taken part in at least 5 official point score
races or 5 sanctioned regatta races during the current season. All entries
are to be signed by the Fleet Captain.

JUNIOR, JR/SR:	$20

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Friday July 23rd.- 	Registration and  Measurement for Junior and
                        Womens Nationals.

Saturday July 24th	Registration and  Measurement for US, Junior and
                        Womens Nationals.
			Three races for Junior and Women Nationals
			Women Competitors Cocktail Party
			Junior Pizza Dinner

Sunday July 25th	Registration and  Measurement for US Nationals.
			Two races for Junior and Women Nationals
			Women and Junior Trophy Presentation
			US Nationals Competitor's Welcome Party

Monday		        Registration and  Measurement for US Nationals.
			First two races for Crosby - Mission Bay
			Fish Dinner (Approx $15/person)
			Presentation of Daily firsts
			Raffle

Tuesday		        Second two races for Crosby - Ocean
			Presentation of Daily firsts

Wednesday		Two races for Hienzerling and Wells
			Dinner at the San Diego Zoo ($TBD/person)
			Presentation of Daily firsts

Thursday		Two races for Hienzerling and Wells
			Presentation of Daily firsts
			General Meeting

Friday			Two races for Hienzerling and Wells
			Trophy Dinner (free to all US Nationals
                        competitiors)

SAILING AREA: Two venues will be used.

On Monday(Crosby), Wednesday(Hienzerling & Wells), Thursday (Wells) and
Friday(Hienzerling & Wells) , races will held on Mission Bay (Approx. 5 minute sailing
from Club).

On Tuesday (Crosby) and Thursday (Hienzerling only),  all races will be
held on the Ocean (Approx. 1 hour sailing from Club).

PRIZES: Top 10 finishers in each fleet, plus perpetuals.

WEATHER: You can expect high 70s to mid 80s, with an ocean sea breeze.
Evenings can be cool.
