Rules:  The ISAF RRS and the prescriptions of the SCIRA Rules for Conducting District regattas and the Sailing Instructions shall be in effect.



Advertising:  This regatta is classified as a Category “A” event per RRS Appendix G3 as specifically modified by the SCIRA Event Sponsorship Policy.



Entry and Eligibility:  This regatta is open to SCIRA registered boats and skippers subject to any Deed of Gift trophy restrictions.



Schedule:  (1)Registration: June 16th (2) Racing:  June 17th and 18th 



Registration: Download form from SCIRA link or call 800 322 3273 if you were not mailed a registration form. Registration up to and including June 16th allowed.



Measurement:   All boats will be weighed and sails that have not already been measured and certified by SCIRA will be required to do so.(1)All boats are subject to measurement at any time at the reasonable discretion of the Class or the Race Committee.  (2)All boats are required to have a current Class decal properly displayed. 



Sailing Instructions:  The regatta Sailing Instructions will be available at registration,



Courses:  The courses to be sailed are the Class approved courses for District Championship regattas as published in the current SCIRA Official Handbook.



“Black Flag”:  RRS Rule 30.3 shall not been used in this regatta. 



Scoring:  The SCIRA scoring system shall be used. 



Penalties:  RRS 44.2 (720 Degrees Turns Penalty) is in effect. 



Prizes:  Trophies will be awarded after the final race on Sunday





Social:  Friday  after 4pm	Registration & Measurement
